Is the Emrys Vendor POS app free?

Yes, the desktop application is included at no extra cost with your Emrys Vendor account. You can install it on as many machines as your registration plan allows.

How do app updates work?

The app checks for updates every time it launches. When a new version is available, it will prompt you to install it. Security updates are applied automatically in the background to ensure your data stays protected.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored locally on your machine for speed and offline availability, and then securely encrypted and synced to our global servers. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all data at rest.
